Job Summary
Conduct full-spectrum clinical practice in an outpatient community health center setting serving a safety-net population. Manage patient care within a 450-bed hospital referral network including Level 1 Trauma and Burn services. Provide teaching opportunities to residents across nine programs while supporting Valleywise Health's mission of community service and education. Work exclusively in an outpatient environment with minimal call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
- Caring for the entire family in community health centers
- Embrace DMG's mission of commitment to patient care, education, research and community service
- Work in an outpatient setting within a Community Health Center
- 100% outpatient
- Minimal call
