Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician – Ambulatory Services sought to provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care in community health centers serving a safety-net population. Board Certified/Board Eligible physicians (MD or DO) with a passion for serving the entire family in an ambulatory setting. Role focuses on 100% outpatient care with minimal call, collaboration within a multi-specialty academic-affiliated system, teaching opportunities, and involvement in education, research and community service. Visa eligibility includes J1 or H1B; loan repayment benefits (PSLF and HPSA programs) offered. Practice includes outpatient clinical duties within Valleywise Health-affiliated community health centers in the greater Phoenix area.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- MD or DO degree
- J1 or H1B visa eligibility
- outpatient/ambulatory care experience
- willingness to serve underserved populations
- employment through DMG with affiliation to Valleywise Health
