Job Summary
Conduct full-spectrum outpatient family medicine services within a safety-net community health center serving the underserved Phoenix population. Manage clinical care for the entire family while participating in teaching opportunities as part of a not-for-profit faculty group practice. Provide comprehensive ambulatory care with minimal on-call rotation, supported by hospital referrals from a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center. This role aligns with the mission of Valleywise Health and District Medical Group, offering a unique physician-run environment with opportunities for career growth and leadership. Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
