Job Summary
Conduct full-spectrum family medicine services in an outpatient Community Health Center setting within the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. Manage patient care for a safety-net population while providing teaching opportunities as part of a faculty group practice. Collaborate with Valleywise Health Medical Center for hospital referrals and support the mission of serving the underserved. This role offers a unique physician-run environment with minimal call and a competitive compensation plan including a commencement bonus. Eligible for Federal and State HPSA Loan Repayment and Public Service Loan Forgiveness programs.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
- Caring for the entire family in community health centers
- Embrace DMG's mission of commitment to patient care, education, research and community service
- Work in an outpatient setting within a Community Health Center
- J1 or H1B visa eligibility
