Job Summary
Provide full-spectrum family medicine services in an outpatient community health center setting within the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. Manage patient care for the safety-net population while delivering teaching opportunities as part of a 450+ physician not-for-profit faculty group practice. Collaborate with Valleywise Health Medical Center for hospital referrals and support the Creighton University Arizona Health Education Alliance mission. The role offers 100% outpatient coverage with minimal call, 4 weeks paid time off, and 10 holidays. J1 or H1B visa eligibility is available.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
- Caring for the entire family in community health centers
