Job Summary
Provide full-spectrum family medicine services in an outpatient community health center setting within the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. Manage patient care for the safety-net population while participating in teaching opportunities as part of a not-for-profit faculty group practice. Collaborate with Valleywise Health Medical Center for hospital referrals and support the District Medical Group's mission of serving the underserved and advancing health education.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
- Caring for the entire family in community health centers
- Embrace DMG's mission of commitment to patient care, education, research and community service
- Work in an outpatient setting within a Community Health Center
- J1 or H1B visa eligibility
