Job Summary
Conduct full-spectrum family medicine in an outpatient community health center setting within the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. Manage patient care for a safety-net population while providing teaching opportunities aligned with Valleywise Health's public teaching mission. Collaborate with a 450+ physician not-for-profit faculty group practice to deliver clinical, administrative, and educational services. The role includes minimal call and 100% outpatient coverage. The position offers employment through District Medical Group Inc., a founding partner of the Creighton University Arizona Health Education Alliance.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
- Caring for the entire family in community health centers
- Embrace DMG's mission of commitment to patient care, education, research and community service
- Work in an outpatient setting within a Community Health Center
- J1 or H1B visa eligibility
