Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine physician in a Community Health Center setting within a safety-net system. Role includes full-spectrum family medicine with minimal call, employed by DMG to work with Valleywise Health (VWH) in Phoenix, AZ. Board Certified/Board Eligible; MD or DO; focus on serving underserved populations and providing care to entire families. Required Qualifications
