Family Medicine physician position in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area with Valleywise Health community health centers. Board Certified/Board Eligible MD or DO to provide full-scope outpatient family medicine in an ambulatory care system. 100% outpatient with minimal call in a not-for-profit, physician-led group practice offering teaching opportunities, loan-repayment options (FQHC loan programs, PSLF), and potential for career growth and leadership. J1 or H1B visa eligibility is available. Location: Laveen, AZ within DMG employment framework.
