Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients of all ages for primary care, urgent care, and occupational medicine services while managing chronic and acute conditions. Support value-based care initiatives and maintain timely documentation. Supervise 10 to 13 Advanced Practice Providers by leading, mentoring, and coaching as assigned. Work Monday through Friday with approximately one week of call out of every seven. Earn an annual base of $239,000 plus quality, facility, and GAIN incentive plans tied to eligible net collections. Maintain an active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license and board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- DEA registration and ability to maintain required clinical certifications
- Ability to see patients of all ages
