Job Summary
Family Medicine physician needed for Capital District Family Medicine in Albany, NY. Join an outpatient practice with hospital affiliated support. Opportunity for flexible scheduling (Full Time or Part Time). APP collaboration required with compensation enhancements. Leadership/administrative opportunities available. Competitive base salary with RVU-based incentives and quality bonuses. Starting bonus up to $75,000 and retention bonus of $25,000 for Full Time; residency sign-on up to $50k. CME allowance and comprehensive benefits, including malpractice tail. PSLF eligibility. Practice located at 1440 Western Ave, Albany, NY. Responsibilities include providing patient-centered primary care for a broad patient population, participation in shared call rotation (~1 in 70 days), and mentoring/oversight of advanced practitioners.
