Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine role providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages within a collaborative team-based clinical environment. Flexible scheduling with an optional 3x12 structure and strong administrative support to focus on patient care. Outpatient-only practice with an average pace of 2-3 patients per hour, serving diverse communities in Hammond, IN. Responsibilities include preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care within a primary care setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Board-certified or board-eligible physicians sought; experience with outpatient-based care and commitment to serving underserved populations preferred.
