Outpatient Family Medicine Physician needed in Wabash, IN. Role involves providing comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting with options for OB including C-sections and newborn rounding. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. with flexibility for extended hours; weekly patient contacts target 36 and daily encounters 18–22 depending on visit lengths. Light call at 1:4, physician-friendly for work-life balance. Practice is part of Parkview Wabash Health Clinic with collaboration among two physicians, an NP team, and a larger health system; relocation is provided as part of the benefits package.
