Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine Physician needed in Wabash, IN to provide patient-centered care with a schedule of Mon-Fri 8–5 (flexible for extended hours), 36 hours of patient contact weekly, and daily 18–22 encounters. Role includes optional OB with C-sections and newborn rounding, light call at 1:4, and offered benefits including relocation assistance and competitive salary with incentive opportunities. The work is based in Medical Office Building locations in Wabash, IN with teams of 2 Physicians & 1 NP and 3 NPs at another clinic, and includes robust benefit packages and possible student loan assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Outpatient Family Medicine Physician
- MD or DO (implied licensure for physician)
- Wabash, IN location
- Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. with flexibility for extended hours
- 36 hours patient contact weekly preferred
- 18-22 daily encounters
- 1:4 call
