Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine PA role in Santa Cruz, CA within Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican. Provide autonomous yet collaborative primary care to a diverse patient population under physician supervision, with no weekends, evenings, or on-call duties. Work with an experienced medical team, including dedicated medical assistants, in a physician-led, multi-specialty setting. Eligible for PSLF and includes sign-on bonus and relocation assistance; comprehensive benefits and CME support. Must have PA program graduation, CA PA license, and national certification (ANCC or NCCPA); Family Medicine/Primary Care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California PA license
- National certification (ANCC, or NCCPA)
