Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine Physician Assistant in Santa Cruz, CA. Join a physician-led, multi-specialty group affiliated with Dominican Hospital. Enjoy autonomy and flexibility with on-site collaboration from experienced physicians, mentorship, and a dedicated MA team. No weekends, no evenings, and no on-call requirements. Compensation in the $140,000–$160,000 range with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, plus comprehensive benefits, malpractice insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, and CME allowance. PSLF-eligible employer. Requires PA program graduate, CA license, and national certification (ANCC or NCCPA).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California PA license
- National certification (ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
