Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider/Physician Assistant needed for outpatient Family Medicine/Primary Care in Santa Cruz, CA. Join a physician-led, multi-specialty group with autonomy, mentorship, and a supportive MA team. Outpatient only with no weekends, evenings, or call. Work alongside experienced physicians in a well-supported clinic, focusing on compassionate, culturally competent care for a diverse patient population. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality outpatient medical care, collaborating with physicians, and contributing to a positive patient experience. Qualifications include PA program graduate, CA PA license, and national certification (ANCC or NCCPA). CME allowance and PSLF-eligible employer offer additional professional development benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California PA license
