Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine PA needed to join Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican in Santa Cruz, CA. Role supports autonomous practice with collaboration from experienced physicians; no weekends, no evenings, and no call. Mentorship and a dedicated MA team enable efficient workflow in a well-supported clinic. Competitive salary ($140k-$160k DOE), sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including malpractice insurance, 401(k), and CME allowance. Required: CA PA license; NCCPA or ANCC certification; accredited PA program graduate. Preferred: Family Medicine/Primary Care experience and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California PA license
- National certification (ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
