Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine PA sought to join Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican in Santa Cruz, CA. The role supports collaborative, physician-led care with autonomy in a well-supported practice. Responsibilities include providing primary care in an outpatient setting with no weekends, no evenings, and no call, while working alongside an experienced physician team and a dedicated MA team. The position offers mentorship, a productive environment, and a comprehensive benefits package (including malpractice coverage, 401(k) with employer match, CME allowance, PSLF-eligible employer, and relocation assistance). Requirements include graduation from an accredited PA program, current CA PA license, national certification (ANCC or NCCPA), and a preference for Family Medicine/Primary Care experience. Compensation range is $140,000–$160,000 DOE per year, with additional incentives and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California PA license
- National certification (ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
