Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider (PA) in Family Medicine with Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican in Santa Cruz, CA. Outpatient-focused role with autonomy and collaboration with physicians, mentoring from experienced clinicians, and a dedicated MA team. No weekends, no evenings, no on-call responsibilities. Compensation includes salary range of $140,000-$160,000 DOE, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, malpractice insurance, 401(k) with employer match, CME allowance, PSLF-eligible employer. Requires PA program graduate, California license, national certification (ANCC/NCCPA). Preferred experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care and strong communication and cultural competence skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California PA license
- National certification (ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
