Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant) to join Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican in Santa Cruz, CA for an outpatient Family Medicine/Primary Care role. Role emphasizes autonomy within a collaborative clinic setting, with no weekends, no evenings, and no on-call requirements. Mentorship and a dedicated MA team support efficient workflow; opportunities include sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, PSLF-eligible employer, and productivity/quality incentives. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California PA license
- National certification (ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
