Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine PA role with Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican in Santa Cruz, CA. Provide autonomous, patient-centered care within a collaborative multi-provider practice; no weekends, no evenings, no call. Work with experienced physicians on-site, supported by a dedicated MA team. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, malpractice insurance, 401(k) with match, CME allowance, PSLF-eligible employer, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. Requires PA program graduate, CA license, and national certification; experience in family medicine/primary care preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California PA license
- National certification (ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
