Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine PA role joining a physician-led, multi-specialty group in Santa Cruz. Provide primary care with autonomy in a well-supported practice, including collaboration with physicians on-site, dedicated MA team, mentorship, and a pleasant schedule with no weekends, evenings, or on-call requirements. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California PA license
- National certification (ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
