Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA) to join our Mission Clinic in Santa Cruz, CA. Provide primary care in a physician-led, multi-specialty group with a focus on compassionate, culturally competent care. Work autonomously with on-site collaboration from experienced physicians, in a setting with no weekends, no evenings, and no call. Benefits include mentorship, dedicated MA support, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, PSLF-eligible employer status, and a comprehensive benefits package. Requires PA program graduation, CA PA license, and national certification; Family Medicine/Primary Care experience preferred. ”
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California PA license
- National certification (ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
