Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine PA role in Santa Cruz, CA joining a physician-led multi-specialty group. Functioning within a collaborative team to provide autonomous patient care in an outpatient clinic with no weekends, evenings, or on-call requirements. Requires CA PA license and national certification (ANCC or NCCPA). Compensation range $140,000–$160,000 with relocation and sign-on bonus, CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, and PSLF-eligible employer. Emphasizes compassionate, culturally competent care, mentorship, and efficient workflow with dedicated MA support.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California PA license
- National certification (ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
