Job Summary
Conduct full-time Family or Internal Medicine practice within a patient-centered medical home model at the Reed's Crossing Health Center. Deliver primary care services to the Hillsboro community while leveraging direct access to onsite specialists in Women's Health, Physical Therapy, Cardiology, Dermatology, and Immediate Care. Maintain a 4-day work week schedule from Monday to Friday with flexibility between 0.8 and 1.0 FTE.
