Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Provide outpatient care to patients at the Eagle Point Family Medicine Clinic, utilizing a patient-centered medical home model with support from a multi-disciplinary team including advanced practice providers, psychologists, case managers, and clinical pharmacists. Manage daily clinical duties with minimal phone call involvement, focusing on primary care services within the Rogue Valley region. This role offers a full-time position with flexible scheduling options of 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week. Candidates will join a national healthcare organization serving over 1,200 clinics across seven states, dedicated to providing compassionate care to all, particularly vulnerable populations.
