Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Provide primary care services to patients at Providence Reed's Crossing Health Center in Hillsboro, Oregon, within a patient-centered medical home model. Deliver comprehensive Family Medicine or Internal Medicine care alongside a multidisciplinary team with direct access to onsite specialists in Women's Health, Physical Therapy, Cardiology, Dermatology, and Immediate Care. Maintain a full-time schedule with flexibility between 0.8 and 1.0 FTE, utilizing a 4-day work week from Monday to Friday. Residents are welcome to apply.
