Job Summary
Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician needed in Goodyear, AZ to provide comprehensive primary health care services, manage and refer patients, document in electronic medical records, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, documentation for billing, patient education, coordination with other disciplines, driving continuous quality care, rotating on-call duties evenings/weekends/holidays, and CME participation (up to 40 hours/year). Requires graduation from an accredited medical school, completion of a US Family Practice/Internal Medicine residency, board certification or eligibility, valid AZ medical license and DEA, CPR/AED certification, and AZ Fingerprint Clearance for behavioral health locations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited medical school program
- Completion of an accredited United States Family Practice/Internal Medicine Residency program
- Board certified or board eligible
- Valid Arizona medical license
- Valid DEA certificate
- CPR and AED certification per AHA/Red Cross guidelines
- FingerPrint Clearance Card (AZ) for behavioral health locations
- Commitment to mission, vision, and values
- Basic computer skills
- English proficiency
