Job Summary
Family Medicine physician needed for part-time opportunities across Boise Metro Area clinics (0.4–0.9 FTE). Position includes EPIC EHR usage, 1:1 MA support, on-site lab/x-ray at many sites, call coverage 1:30 (phone triage, prorated by FTE), and a recruitment package with sign-on, relocation, PTO/CME, and comprehensive benefits. Requirements: MD/DO, completed ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency, ABFM/AOBFP board certification or within 3 years of employment, Idaho medical licensure, and valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy & DEA. Locations include clinics in Bown Crossing, Lake Hazel, Emerald, Meridian, Kuna, and Nampa in the Boise metro area. Resources include on-site lab/x-ray and potential integration with urgent care and physician therapy services. The role emphasizes part-time clinical duties in a multispecialty group with EPIC EHR and strong support staff.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency
- Board certification by ABFM or AOBFP or within 3 years
- Idaho medical licensure
- Controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA
