Job Summary
Family Medicine physician (MD/DO) sought for part-time capacity (0.4–0.9 FTE) across Boise Metro Area clinics (Bown Crossing, Lake Hazel, Emerald, Meridian, Kuna, Nampa). EPIC EHR with 1:1 MA, team nurses, population health and referral support; on-site lab and x-ray at many sites; some sites embedded with Urgent Care and Physician Therapy. Weekly patient contact hours range 14–30; call 1:30, phone-based, prorated by FTE. Requires MD/DO, completed Family Medicine residency, ABFM/AOBFP board certification (or within 3 years), Idaho medical licensure, and valid DEA/controlled substance registration. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- ABFM or AOBFP board certification (or within 3 years of employment)
- Completion of ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency
- Idaho medical licensure
- DEA registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy
- valid controlled substance registration
