Job Summary
Provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages, managing a broad spectrum of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals within a clinic-based environment supported by nurses and certified medical assistants. Utilize the EPIC electronic health system for daily operations. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, with a call rotation of one week on call every six weeks. Join a team of five Family Medicine Physicians at a location offering hospital privileges at McHenry, Huntley, and Woodstock.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
- Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine
- Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
