Job Summary
Provide prenatal care and perform colposcopies as part of an outpatient women's health role with no deliveries. Manage a caseload of 16-20 patients daily while dedicating four hours weekly to administrative tasks. Operate within a 2:1 clinical support structure including a medical assistant and registered nurse across multiple Kansas City sites. This position offers a starting base of $230,000-$260,000 with sign-on and retention bonuses, 20+ PTO days, and NHSC loan repayment eligibility. Ideal for BC/BE OBGYNs or Family Medicine physicians with OB experience and comfort managing high-risk prenatal cases.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE OBGYN or Family Medicine w/ OB experience/fellowship
- Comfortable with colposcopies & high-risk prenatal (diabetes)
- Prenatal care + colposcopies required
