Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse adult patient population, managing chronic and acute conditions, preventive care, and wellness visits. Partner with the care team to close gaps in care and drive quality outcomes under the value-based care model. Document efficiently and accurately in eClinicalWorks. Practice at the top of your license with real clinical autonomy and collaborative physician support. This role requires an active Florida license as an ARNP/APRN or PA-C with a minimum of three years in primary care or internal medicine. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are essential. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no nights or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Primary Care or Internal Medicine
- Familiarity with the value-based care (VBC) model
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- The confidence and clinical judgment to function independently
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No nights, no weekends
