Provide primary care for patients of all ages at a Health Center within the Phoenix metropolitan area, managing an average of 35 patients daily. Maintain an active Arizona State License and DEA registration, with credentialing completed within two weeks. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. as a locum tenens provider in Sun City, a retirement community offering proximity to Phoenix entertainment and dining. AMN Healthcare arranges malpractice insurance and handles all travel, lodging, and transportation needs for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona State License
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license
- Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) credential
