Job Summary
Conduct outpatient family medicine care at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Puyallup, Washington, managing approximately 18 patients daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Maintain Washington state licensure, BLS or ACLS certification, Board Certification, and DEA registration. Complete credentialing within three weeks for this locum tenens role.
