Job Summary
Provide primary care services to all ages at a Health Center within the Phoenix metropolitan area, managing an average of 35 patients daily. Maintain Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. coverage as a locum tenens provider in Sun City, Arizona. Hold an active Arizona State License and DEA credential, completing the required 2-week credentialing timeframe. AMN Healthcare arranges malpractice insurance and handles all travel, lodging, and transportation logistics for the contractor.
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona State License
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license
- Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) credential
