Job Summary
Conduct outpatient clinic care for approximately 18 patients daily at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Puyallup, Washington. Provide family medicine services on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Maintain active state licensure, BLS or ACLS certification, and DEA registration. Complete credentialing within a three-week timeframe. This locum tenens role supports a facility located just outside Tacoma, offering access to local amenities and nearby mountain climbing.
