Job Summary
Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for Locum Tenens coverage at an outpatient clinic in Ohio. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages, evaluating patients, treating acute illnesses and injuries, and performing procedures such as splinting and suturing. Typical schedule includes 30-40 patients daily, Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–8:00 PM and weekends from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with a minimum 3–4 shifts per week. Requirements include board certification (negotiable), DEA registration, BLS, and Ohio licensure; urgent care experience preferred. Credentialing completed within 2–4 weeks; on-site facility with collaborative team support and streamlined assignment process.
