Provide outpatient primary care services to adult mental health patients in crisis and short-term stays at a psychiatric health facility in Stockton, California. Conduct patient evaluations and manage primary care conditions for this specialized population. Work Monday through Wednesday during 4-hour day shifts with a case load of 16 patients. Full behavioral health and nursing staff are available on-site to support clinical workflows and collaborative care delivery. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required.
