Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages in a structured outpatient clinic environment. See approximately 10-15 patients daily, managing routine visits, gender-affirming care, substance abuse treatment, mental health concerns, physicals, and sick visits. Work Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. in four 10-hour shifts with no call required. Maintain an active Oregon license, Oregon DEA, and BLS or ACLS certification while collaborating with family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health specialists using the EPIC EMR system.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification
- Nurse Practitioner or PA
- Currently enrolled in Medicare
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Active Oregon license
- Oregon DEA
- BLS or ACLS certification
- Prescriptive Authority
