Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care services in a structured outpatient environment, seeing approximately 10-15 patients daily across routine visits, gender-affirming care, substance abuse treatment, and mental health concerns. Work Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with consideration for four 10-hour shifts, alongside a collaborative team of family medicine physicians and behavioral health specialists. Utilize the EPIC EMR system while maintaining an active Oregon license, DEA, and BLS or ACLS certification. This assignment supports the Federally Qualified Health Center's mission to deliver quality care to patients of all ages in the Rogue Valley community.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification
- Nurse Practitioner or PA
- Currently enrolled in Medicare
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Active Oregon license
- Oregon DEA
- BLS or ACLS certification
- Prescriptive Authority
