Job Summary
Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner role joining Emory at Eagles Landing in Stockbridge, GA with a focus on primary care APP collaboration, patient evaluation, documentation, physical examinations, wound care, cast application, diagnostic/therapeutic procedures under physician supervision, and care-plan development. Eligible for productivity bonuses and APP incentive plan; benefits include student loan repayment, parental leave, day-1 benefits, and a supportive ED/APP culture; requires NP (or PA) completion, GA license, and ANCC (or NCCPA) certification, with 2+ years Primary Care experience and ability to manage patient panels.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program
- Licensed as an advanced practice nurse in Georgia and certified as a Nurse Practitioner by ANCC or equivalent, or certified as a Physician’s Assistant by NCCPA
- American Heart Association BLS and Healthcare Provider certifications; ACLS may be required in some areas
