Family Medicine NP/PA | Maine

Conduct basic family medicine primary care including wellness exams, management of colds, coughs, flu, chronic care, diabetes, and weight loss. Provide patient services with a patient volume of 18-20 per day while utilizing the athenOne EMR. You will work Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, with four hours of administrative work on Monday. An RN, LPN, or MA will be assigned to support your clinical duties. This six-month assignment begins August 25, 2026, and concludes February 26, 2027, with credentialing required within 30 days of start. Candidates must hold a Maine license or be eligible for one, along with BC, DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Experience in family medicine, rural settings, or FQHC environments is preferred.
