Job Summary
Provide outpatient family medicine care with autonomy and flexibility, working alongside experienced physicians and supported by a dedicated MA team and internal pharmacy. No weekends, evenings, or call responsibilities are required. Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a California license and one year of recent experience is needed; Spanish fluency is strongly preferred. This role is part of Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Dominican Hospital and CommonSpirit Health, serving the vibrant agricultural community of Watsonville.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Nurse Practicioner or Physician Assistant
- Active or eligible license in the state of California
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of recent relevant experience preferred
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
