Family Medicine physician sought to join Franciscan Physician Network in Crawfordsville, IN. Role supports outpatient care with telehealth options and a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with no weekends or holidays; outpatient volume 20–22 patients/day; call 1:6; telehealth offered; focus on child and adult wellness visits, hypertension, heart failure, back pain, and endocrinology issues.
