Job Summary
Family Medicine physician to join Franciscan Physician Network Northside Family & Internal Medicine in Crawfordsville, IN. The role focuses on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction in a team-based practice with strong mentorship. Responsibilities include delivering outpatient care (average 20-22 patients per day), collaborating with other physicians and staff, and providing telehealth options. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with no weekends or holidays; call responsibility of 1:6. The practice emphasizes compassionate care, community ties, and a supportive work environment. Eligible candidates will be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine; required licensure and BLS are upon hire. Telehealth offered as part of the care delivery model.

- Physician License (DR) - Upon Hire Required
- Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
