Job Summary
Family Medicine physician position in Crawfordsville, IN with Franciscan Physician Network. Flexible full-time schedule (no weekends/holidays), outpatient-focused with telehealth option, call 1:6, average 20-22 patients per day, supportive team environment, strong community ties, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package including relocation allowance. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with fellow physicians and staff, and providing compassionate, patient-centered care across common diagnoses (wellness visits, back pain, hypertension, heart failure, endocrinology issues). Requires Doctorate and medical license upon hire, board certification (or eligibility), and BLS. Telehealth offered; practice hours 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri.
