Family Medicine physician sought for Crawfordsville, IN. role involves outpatient care with telehealth options, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday, no weekends/holidays, average outpatient volume 20-22 patients/day, and 1:6 call. Requires board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine, medical doctor (MD/DO), and an active physician license. Will collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality patient care in a team-oriented culture; telehealth offered; common diagnoses include wellness visits for children and adults, hypertension, heart failure, back pain, endocrinology issues.
