Job Summary
Family Medicine physician sought for Crawfordsville, Indiana. Board Eligible/Board Certified. Flexible full-time schedule; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with no weekends or holidays. Outpatient practice with average 20-22 patients per day and 1:6 call. Telehealth offered. Provides care for child and adult wellness visits, back pain, endocrinology issues, hypertension, and heart failure. Collaborative, team-oriented environment with mentorship opportunities; strong ties to the community and existing medical staff. Full benefits package, relocation allowance, paid malpractice, CME stipend, and comprehensive retirement options. Requires Doctorate (MD/DO), medical license upon hire, and BLS certification upon hire. Location: Crawfordsville, IN, USA.
